• Photos & Uploads: Images and other content you submit for features like AI food recognition in Calipet.
• Purchase Data: Records related to in-app purchases (payment processing handled by Apple/Google; we do not receive full payment details).
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or support requests you send us.

3) How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Services and features.
• Personalize content, recommendations, and in-app experiences.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraudulent or unauthorized activities (e.g., cheating in games).
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions.

5) Calorie & Nutrition Disclaimer (Calipet)

Calipet may provide AI-generated calorie and nutrition estimates. These are for informational purposes onlyand are not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified health provider before making dietary changes.

6) Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, contact us atlegal@calibrxai.com so we can delete it.

7) Your Rights & Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your account information through in-app settings or by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link.
• Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to data portability, restriction of processing, and erasure.
